Corinne began her career at Macerich, working in the marketing department at Redmond Town Center near Seattle, Washington. After two years with Macerich, she joined MK J Advisors in 2007. In 2016, Corinne assumed the role of Designated Broker for MK J Advisors. Her key responsibilities include site identification, lease negotiation, landlord communication, and strategic planning for the brick-and-mortar distribution of Lilly Pulitzer and Tommy Bahama. She has played a role in leasing projects such as 6th & Kipling and Peoria Crossing. 

Kim is a founding partner of the predecessor company to MK Advisors, LLC. With over 35 years of experience, he has successfully facilitated real estate transactions exceeding a billion dollars with every major retail developer throughout key retail streets and districts in the United States. He has served as President and CEO of a publicly traded restaurant and retail company and is actively engaged in private equity and real estate investments. His expertise includes new concept development, planning and executing roll-outs, market analysis, site selection, lease negotiation, and management. Kim is an alumnus of Principia College in Alton, IL.

Tom, a founding partner of MKJ Advisors (formerly Restaurant Brokerage, Inc.), specializes in formulating and executing growth strategies for both national and regional restaurant chains. He was instrumental the early expansion of The Capital Grille and Rock Bottom Restaurants, guiding both brands to over 35 locations. Currently, Tom serves as the national master broker for restaurant chains, including Jim ‘N Nick’s Bar-B-Q. With over 30 years of experience, he has facilitated restaurant transactions in every major market across United States. Prior to founding MKJ Advisors, Tom successfully owned and operated multiple. He holds a B.S. in Accounting and a B.S. in Journalism from the University of Colorado.

Beatrice is a dynamic and spirited HR professional who brings warmth and energy to every workplace she joins. Known for her playful and approachable nature, she thrives on building strong relationships and fostering a positive environment for teams to flourish. During the work day, Beatrice enjoys soaking up the sun, taking leisurely strolls around the block to clear her mind, and letting loose with bursts of excitement—her signature afternoon "zoomies" that energize her day. A naturally curious and fun-loving individual, she balances professionalism with a zest for life, making her a joy to work and connect with.
